CDA Here I Come Training Course Details [Hybrid] - Fall 2026 Training Info:
Class Schedule
The Webinar and Independent Studies for this class will be meeting during the months of October and November. The times and dates are listed below. These dates refer to webinar training and Independent Study. (independent Study references you working on your own with instructions)
Saturday's Classes are as following:
October 10, 17, 24. and 31
November 7 and 14
Tuesdays and Thursday Classes are as following:
October 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, and 29
November 2, 5, 10, 12, 17, and 19
Payment Arrangement
If you have completed an application through Decal scholars, you must still make payment until your payment is approved through them. Once approved and received you will be refunded what you paid.
If you get refused you will not get a refund and total payment must be made by you. No certificate of completion will be issued with any outstanding bill.
All payment must be made through Zelle or Apple Pay directly from your phone to my phone (678-372-1690).
All payments are FINAL and no REFUND unless paid through Decal.
Follow this schedule for payments:
Payment no later than Oct 10, 2026, payment of $200.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Payment each Saturday from October 17 - November 21, non-refundable payment of $50 each Saturday
If you are having trouble making your payments on time, please contact instructor for additional options.
Book purchases
You also need to purchase two books for your discipline area. These books are a MUST and will be used during class. (Please do not purchase a book from Amazon or use someone else’s Competency Book as you need a new one of your own)

Pay for both books and have the book sent to you. (Books must be ordered upon enrolling in class)
These supplies MUST be ready on the first day of class:
1) 2' -3-ring binder with clear view cover
2) 11 Index Sheet Dividers/Labels dividers from A-K or Avery A-Z Sheet Dividers
3) 150 Sheet Covers
Webinar Training refers to meeting in the Zoom with the instructor. You are allowed one miss but must make it up with an instructor for an additional fee of $50. NO EXCEPTIONS. Instructor must be notified when you will be missing in advance unless it is an emergency.
Devices to use during class
Everyone must be on a computer or laptop. Cellphones will not allow you to capture all the work nor allow you to take quizzes.
Have Zoom downloaded on your computer or laptop. No one other than you may be on Zoom.
Everyone must be visual (have your cameras on so you can be seen) for all sessions.
Your audio (be able to talk to and hear the instructor) must be working.
If you are having other distractions (children, spouses, workers, etc.) behind you please have noise cancelling headset on so no one else will be interrupted by outside noise.
Attendance
You must be prepared to attend the training on time as there will be no time to spare. You are allowed 15 minutes after training start to get credit for that day. You will be locked out of the Zoom at 16 minutes once class starts.
Assignments
Independent Studies refers to you finishing all homework assignments weekly and submitting them to instructor on time. Instructors will not accept late assignments and you run the risk of having an incomplete portfolio.
Portfolios will have to be completed by the end of course sessions or no completion of certificate will be issued. Class ends on November 19th and EVERYTHING MUST BE GRADED AND SUBMITTED THROUGH THE PORTFOLIO OR NO CERTIFICATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Class Cancellation
While rare, due to extenuating circumstances like internet outages or lack of enrollment, we occasionally must cancel a workshop or class. Should we cancel, you will be notified. Session cancellations are managed on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, the session will be rescheduled. If any fees are paid, they will be applied to the next session registration or refunded. In the case where a participant cancels registration, no refunds will be made.
