The Knight in Rusty Armor Leadership Training Schedule
Training Description: Providing professional development opportunities to early childcare teachers and administrators strengthen the leadership skills and enhance the quality of early childcare learning programs. Some administrators have experienced key skills such as: patience, organization skills, flexibility, they embrace diversity, communicate effectively with children, teachers, parents and the community. However, as early childhood education progresses, lawmakers are working to expand programs and improve the quality of schools and daycare centers therefore teachers as well as administrators will benefits from learning to be a leader. This training will also help staff learn to take care of themselves.​
